Our Objectives

CEONET is a not-for profit community-based Ontario corporation based in Kingston, Eastern Ontario. Its purpose is to support, nurture and advance Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects that:

  • promote and facilitate the establishment of infrastructure required to provide affordable high-speed internet access for rural stakeholders.
  • promote rural economic development by facilitating the skills development of rural stakeholders in high-speed internet applications.
  • enhance the quality of rural community life.
