Below are links to the web sites of the main providers (ISPs) in Eastern Ontario. Not listed are their installers whose names can be found on the ISP web sites such as Xplornet, by searching on the internet or the Yellow Pages under Internet Products and Providers.
Wireless is subject to conditions imposed by terrain, trees and distance limitations. It is not available everywhere. In most cases, an installer will make an initial on-site assessment to verify the wireless signal can be received from the nearest tower.

Area covered: Extensive area that includes Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry, southern Prescott-Russell, Leeds & Grenville, S. Frontenac and Wolfe Island, Prince Edward County. Xplornet is currently adding new towers in S. Frontenac under the Ontario Rural Connections programme.

Area covered: Eastern Prescott-Russell and along Ottawa River

Area covered: Along St. Lawrence River from Gananoque to Prince Edward County, and inland along southern fringes.

Projected area to be served: Future Rural Connections project for North and Central Frontenac
RipNet - www.ripnet.com
Area covered: Howe Island through to Morrisburg along the St.Lawrence and north into Leeds & Grenville. Unlike other wireless providers, RipNet uses fully licensed spectrum that allows a massive 40 to 50 km reach from its towers.
